A “First of its Kind” PFML Plan launches in New Hampshire
Beginning in December 2022, employers can start enrolling in New Hampshire's new voluntary Paid Family and Medical Leave plan for employers and employees of all types of businesses.
Despite the government shutdown, the Internal Revenue Service has established that it will begin processing tax returns on January 28, 2019 and provide refunds to taxpayers as scheduled.
'We are committed to ensuring that taxpayers receive their refunds notwithstanding the government shutdown. I appreciate the hard work of the employees and their commitment to the taxpayers during this period,' said IRS Commissioner Chuck Rettig.
In addition to making the confirmation of the January 28 filing start date the IRS is said to be recalling a significant portion of the currently furloughed workforce as part of the government shutdown back to work.
