With The Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes Act, the IRS is continuing to combat tax fraud – specifically that revolving around the W-2. Beginning with 2016 forms, employers will have one filing deadline for all federal W-2s: January 31. This is true for all copies: federal, agency, print, and electronic.
